High Street Mortgages operates a client referral scheme to thank you for recommending us.
If you refer a client to us and their mortgage subsequently completes, you will receive a £50 voucher, courtesy of High Street Mortgages.*
Referring is easy — simply ask them to contact us, or we can contact them on your behalf.
Why refer to High Street Mortgages?
We do not charge any fees.
We have been 5-star rated on VouchedFor for over five consecutive years, including recognition in the VouchedFor Guide distributed with The Times.
When a fixed rate is coming to an end, we review the existing mortgage against the wider market to recommend the most suitable option.
We provide expert support when clients are moving home.
Vouchers are payable only upon successful completion of business and can be chosen from Tesco, John Lewis, or Amazon.
*Maximum of 10 vouchers per person over a 12 month period.
Terms & Conditions
The “Refer a Friend” offer is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
The referrer must inform the referred client and obtain their consent before sharing their details with High Street Mortgages. This is the responsibility of the referrer and must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The referrer agrees to indemnify High Street Mortgages (including any trading style) against any loss or claim arising from a failure to obtain such consent.
A referred client may only be referred once. If a client is referred more than once, only the first referrer will be eligible to receive a referral gift.
No referral gift will be payable where the referred client has already commenced or completed business with High Street Mortgages or any associated trading style.
A cash alternative is not permitted under any circumstances, and the referral gift is non-transferable.
High Street Mortgages reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
The referred client must engage with High Street Mortgages within six (6) months of the referral being made. Referral gifts will not be issued where instructions are received after this period.
The referral gift will only be issued after successful completion of mortgage business.
This offer does not apply to protection products.
By referring a friend, the referrer confirms their acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
